The main house
To give you an impression of the main house we have described miscellaneous rooms. All rooms inside the house are a non-smoking area. The terrain and the house is not suitable for people that have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair.
Ground floor
The large living-kitchen area (30 sq. meters) has a kitchen which provides: a hand basin, a fridge, a four burner stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker; there is a dishwasher, large dining area and a living area.
A door from the kitchen leads into a spacious living room (25 sq. meters) equipped with a modern leather sofa, a coffee table and a cupboard.
First floor
The mezzanine is accessible via a large open wooden staircase from the living area and is around 17 sq. meters. It is furnished with a long reading table with 5 chairs, a comfortable two persons couch, an armchair and a bookcase all filled with books and some DVD's.
The terrace
The French windows lead to the small terrace, that gives direct access to the garden with a little stone staircase.
Pilgrims
The alternative route GR 652, one of the walking routes to Santiago de Compostela is near Retour à la Source. Pilgrims are most welcome . We offer them a 25% discount both for our shelter or a guest room.
Transportation service
To guests who travel to the Lot by train or airplane we can offer the opportunity to fetch them from station or airfield. For this service we charge the amount due for gas consumption, depending upon the distance we have to cover. Should you wish to make use of this service, please indicate it on your booking-form.
Lease of shelter
Being on a bicycle-vacation or a long hiking trip you may not have a tent with you, but nevertheless wish to camp out; there is a possibility to make use of one of our tents – on condition that you stay for at least 2 nights:
Each shelter is for 2 persons, complete with a double airbed with fitted sheet, two pillows with cover and a cover with sheet.
Further camping equipment:
- a camping range (incl. gas cylinder) with 2 burners
- a camping table
- 2 chairs
- a set of pans
- cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs
- a lamp

Rent-a-bike
The Lot, a district of gently sloping hills, is a wonderful area for cycling trips. We have various types of bicycles for rent, sports bicycles for ladies and gentlemen as well as a bicycle for a senior lady.
The rent per bicycle is € 5,--/per day. Route descriptions for various trips are available.
WiFi
All our guest may use a wireless internet-connection free of charge; however, they have to bring their own laptop. This connection is suitable for internetting and for receiving and sending e-mails.
